Orders for YuSleep may be fulfilled by a third-party seller. Shipping destinations, delivery estimates, available carriers, and fees are determined at checkout and may change. Review the order summary and seller's shipping terms before submitting payment.
Order Processing and Tracking
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If tracking is provided, use the link or number in your order confirmation to check shipment progress. Delays can occur because of weather, carrier capacity, holidays, or address issues.
Address Changes, Lost Packages, and Returns
Contact the seller promptly if you entered an incorrect address or believe a package is lost. Shipping fees, return shipping, and refund eligibility are subject to the terms displayed by the seller at the time of purchase. This website cannot guarantee delivery dates or process orders placed on third-party checkout pages.
